HOW TO CONDUCT YOURSELF ON THE COURSE

Watch your playing partner’s ball.

Wish your playing partner ‘good luck.’

Conduct yourself appropriately at all times.

Be courteous and polite to your fellow players and show respect to your playing partners/opponents.

DURING YOUR GAME

Watch your playing partner’s ball.

Replace all divots and rake bunkers.

Mark your ball with a ball marker until it is your turn to putt.

Keep your shadow away from your playing partner’s putt.

Ensure the flagstick is carefully replaced when leaving the green.

SLOW PLAY

Keep up with the group in front; if you feel that your group is falling behind take responsibility and bring this to the attention of the other players in your group.

If you lose a clear hole and are delaying the group behind invite the group behind to play through.

AT THE END OF THE ROUND

Remove hats.

Shake hands and say, ‘good game,’ or ‘thanks for the game.’
