It is the Clubs intention to negotiate a long-term lease and rebuild our Clubhouse.  As this process will take time, we continue to make investments into existing facilities including a revamp of our 19th Bar, the Lounge Area and practice facilities.

Our overarching goal is to deliver a Clubhouse that has the views, sunlight and sustainability at the centre of the design principles, while ensuring we deliver a building that fits into the surrounding area and incorporates all the facilities expected of a golf club today, and the flexibility to provide for facilities required in the future.

We have established a committee to oversee the lease negation and clubhouse build and have already defined a high-level plan and timeline for key activities – which include the negotiation itself, a design brief, architectural competition, temporary accommodation, planning, procurement, demolition and the build itself.  Throughout the process we plan to engage closely with key stakeholders including our members, neighbours, Southwark Council and The Dulwich Estate.
